About Stratum ERP

Stratum ERP is an independent Odoo Implementation Architecture practice. I work directly with businesses that need Odoo implemented properly: upgrade-safe, environment-reproducible, and built to be maintained long after the initial engagement ends.

The practice is built around the Stratum Framework, a four-layer architecture methodology I developed after seeing the same failure patterns repeated across Odoo implementations: monolithic modules that break on upgrade, environments that drift apart, and no version control beyond a developer's laptop.

I work with managed service providers, field service companies, logistics operators, and any business with complex Odoo requirements. The verticals exist because I have real case studies in each, not because the methodology is limited to them.

Every engagement follows the same framework. Every module sits in the correct layer. Every environment is provisioned from version-controlled code. The result is an Odoo implementation that can be upgraded, replicated, and handed over without archaeology.
