Odoo Feasibility Assessment: What It Is and Why You Need It First
Most Odoo implementations start wrong. The business buys the software, hires a developer, and starts building before anyone has mapped the processes that Odoo needs to support. The Feasibility Assessment fixes that.
What It Is
A structured review of your business processes, existing systems, and Odoo readiness. The output is a written deliverable: module recommendations, gap analysis, and an implementation roadmap.
What You Receive
Depending on the tier (Starter, Standard, or Advanced), you receive:
- A written Odoo module recommendation
- A gap analysis identifying where standard modules fall short
- A Stratum blueprint mapping your processes to the four-layer architecture
- A phased implementation roadmap
- A formal Scope of Work document (Advanced tier)
Why It Matters
Without an assessment, you are building blind. You do not know which modules you need, which you do not need, where customisation is required, or what the implementation will actually cost.
With an assessment, you have a written document that answers all of these questions. You can use it to get internal budget approval, compare against other quotes, or hand to any developer as a specification.
The Process
- Discovery Call (45 min): We map your current systems and requirements
- Process Mapping: Your workflows documented against Odoo capabilities
- Module Fit Analysis: Standard vs custom requirements identified
- Written Deliverable: Delivered within the stated turnaround time
